What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flight is tracked automatically. If it's delayed, the pickup time adjusts with no action required from you. No call needed, no cancellation risk, no additional charge. For significant delays, the team will proactively send you a revised pickup time. This is included as standard on every arrival booking.
Is there a night rate or early morning surcharge?
No. The fixed fare applies equally at 3am, 4am and 5am as during standard hours. There is no night rate, no early morning premium, no bank holiday supplement, and no weekend surcharge. The fare quoted at booking is the total amount paid at any hour.
How much notice is needed to book?
Bookings can be made up to several months in advance and as little as 2–3 hours before pickup for most routes (subject to availability). For very early morning departures (before 5am) we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee driver assignment.
